What we collect

Public marketing pages are needed to serve the site. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools for those pages.

If you create a panel account, we store a username, a hashed password, and an optional display name.

Owners store survey structure. When someone submits a form, we store the answers — including whatever the form asked for. A submission may also include IP address, browser details, some technical device and page information, timestamps, and campaign parameters if they were in the survey link. We use this to run the product, limit abuse, and provide first-party analytics for that survey.

Image or audio answers are stored privately in cloud object storage and viewed through temporary links, not as public files.

If a survey uses group accounts, we store the respondent identifier and a hashed password for that group.

If an owner imports answers from a file, those answers are stored like a form submission.

If an owner creates a read-only API key, we store a hashed secret for that key.

How we use and share data

We use this data to run the product: store and run surveys, accept answers, import answer files, edit answers in the panel, support group login, export, and the read-only API.

We also use it for operational security — limiting abuse and keeping sign-in sessions — and for first-party analytics of that survey in the owner’s panel.

Answers are not published on the public marketing pages. The survey owner can view or edit them in the panel, export them, or read them through the read-only API. Later use of that data is the owner’s responsibility.

The hosting, cloud storage, and contact-email forwarding providers process data only for the services described on this page.

Cookies and storage on your device

These are first-party to questionland.ir. We do not set third-party advertising cookies. Someone who only visits the marketing pages typically does not get survey cookies.

Draft answers, crash-resume, and offline queues (including media) may stay in browser storage until they sync or you clear site data. Those are not always cookies.

First-party analytics

Each survey gets operational stats — for example starts and completions — inside the owner’s panel. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools for this purpose.

Providers

The server is hosted on Asiatech cloud infrastructure. Panel accounts, survey structure, answers, and operational stats are kept on that hosted server.

Cloud storage is provided by Arvan Cloud: survey media, export files, and backups of the system and its data. These objects are not publicly readable.

Contact email is forwarded with ImprovMX. That service does not process survey answers.

Retention

Submitted responses are kept until the survey owner deletes them in the product. There is no fixed numbered retention period for the responses themselves.

Operational fill analytics are kept for a limited time, then removed or rolled up. Export files the product generates are kept in cloud storage for a limited time, then removed. Web server logs are kept for a limited time — typically around two weeks. Application logs are kept for a limited time; we do not state a fixed number.

We keep backups so we can recover from failure. Limited historical data from a previous version of the system may remain until migration or cleanup is finished.

Deletion

Email hello@questionland.ir to ask us to delete data — for example a response, a panel account, or related files. Handling is manual. We do not promise instant or automatic deletion.

Deletion in the product may not wipe every copy at once: backups remain until they rotate; logs follow the retention above; and deleting a response may not immediately remove attached files from storage — leftover files are handled separately.
